Sprout Ideas Fellowship Application 2017
The Sprout Ideas Fellowship is open to any youth aged 15-26 working on or starting a social venture. This program is offered free of cost thanks to the support of the Government of Ontario. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
While the final deadline to apply is July 4th, it is not guaranteed that space will still be available at that time.
Section 1 - Project Questions
If multiple youth working on the same social venture would like to apply to be a Fellow, each individual must submit their own application. The questions in this section may have the same answers.
One sentence that describes the impact of your social business.
What social issue does your business idea address? Describe the issue.
How does your business address the issue? What are you offering?
What communities or individuals will benefit from this social venture?
How will you generate funding? How will this project sustain itself?
How is your business different from similar initiatives?
What have you achieved so far? (You can be in the beginning stages.)
What are your major goals for the next few months or years?
What do you need funding for?
Section 2 - Individual Questions
If multiple youth working on the same social venture would like to apply to be a Fellow, each individual must submit their own application. This section must be completed individually.

What is your drive to be a social entrepreneur? (Include a brief bio about yourself)
What do you hope to personally gain from the Fellowship (including the Summer Intensive and bi-weekly events)?
